  • Why shop with us?

  • How do i place an order?

Ordering on Yorkies.shop is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

  • How safe is it to order online?

Absolutely 100% safe! We put time and effort into making sure our security system is 100% safe and secure. With our secure online checkout, all of your information is secure.

All data is encrypted safely processed through PayPal. No data is ever stored or seen by our team.

  • Why was my card declined?

If you live outside of United States, your card might be declined due to our payment processors being based in United States.

Simply give your bank or credit card provider a call and tell them you would like to purchase this item to resolve this issue.

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know at least 12 hours after the order has been placed so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 2-5 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing sales@yorkies.shop
We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

  • How can i track my order?

Once you get the tracking code, you can track your order at anytime by entering your tracking code at: Track Your Order

  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… Where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way!

  • What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine but instead was fake.

  • How do i apply my discount code?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the ‘Discount’ field.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

  • Can i change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on sales@yorkies.shop (not more than 24 hours).

Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.
